Shipping Rates and Policies

We ship by US Post Office Priority Mail for small orders, and by US Post Office Parcel Post and FedEx Ground for large orders. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 days of payment.
 
We accept International Orders. Contact us for item availability, questions and shipping quotes.

Enchanted Decor store hours are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm, Sat 12am-3pm (EST). If you are ordering by phone please try to call during those hours so we can assist you in person. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 10 days of date of purchase, with prior authorization by phone or email. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. All returns must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received. Buyers credit card will be credited within 2-4 days after receipt of merchandise, minus restocking fee.

Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Damaged Goods Policy

We pack very carefully to ensure that your order arrives safely and intact. If you find that your order has been damaged or is defective, contact us for a replacement or refund. Please contact us to add insurance to your order.
